Excuse My French Radio – 10/07

Excuse My French est de retour!

Comme vous le savez peut-être déjà, le projet Excuse My French a pris un nouveau tournant avec un nouveau site internet et une nouvelle équipe de professionnels.

La rentrée radiophonique confirme notre volonté de découvrir encore plus de nouveaux talents. Et comme à leur habitude, Tom et Oleev nousont concocté une playlist éclectique pour cette saison ambitieuse et avide de découvertes musicales. L’artiste du mois est le groupe Hocus Pocus dont le troisieme album, Place 54 (On and On/ Motown/ Universal), est dans les bacs depuis le 8 Octobre. Ils jouent une version inédite de Vocab, premier extrait de Place 54.

Une nouvelle rubrique, “Rendez vous sur Seine”, conduite par la pétillante Alva, présente les duos musicaux les plus inattendus. Pour cette première, elle questionne Ours et Djeuhdjoah qui en profitent pour nous offrir « Les Chocottes » en acoustique.

Excuse My French is back!

As you may already know, Excuse My French is heading in a new direction with a new web site and a new team of professionals.

The radio lineup for the fall affirms our desire to discover even more new talent. As you have comme to expect, Tom & Oleev have concocted an eclectic playlist for an ambitious season filled with musical discoveries. The artist of the month is Hocus Pocus whose third album, Place 54 (On and On/Motown/Universal) is in stores as of October 8. They perform a special version of “Vocab”, the first single from the album for Excuse My French.

A new segment, “Rendez-vous sur Seine” hosted by the sparkling Alva, presents some of the most unlikely musical duos of the French music scene. For the first installement, she interviews Ours and Djeuhdjoah who also took a moment to give an acoustic rendition of their song, “Les Chocottes”.
